About Us
Our mission is to celebrate and preserve the rich history of Wolverhampton and South Staffordshire while working towards establishing a permanent home to showcase it.
Unfortunately, we are not yet a physical museum; this is our ultimate goal, but in the interim, here’s how we’re bringing the story of our region to life:

We seek to collect, preserve, and catalogue artifacts, documents, and collections at risk that reflect the unique history of Wolverhampton and South Staffordshire.

Through exhibitions and fairs, we display these treasures to the public, and create educational displays.

Our ultimate goal is to establish a physical museum that serves as a hub for discovering, learning, and celebrating the history of our area.
How Can You Help?
Become a Member
Our events are priced indivdually at £5, but the best value option is to become a member for £25. Membership covers you for all of our scheduled events and any additional events that we add to the calendar.

Volunteer With Us
We are still a relatively small group, having only been founded in 2022 to commemorate the centenary of a Wolverhampton-made Sunbeam setting the land speed world record.
We urgently need volunteers. Whether you can help run our events (cash handling, etc) or you want to join our committee and aid us in our objectives, please get in touch with us via our contact us page.
